Is the subscription fee on an annual basis
We currently offer annual subscription, but you can subscribe for two years and receive a discount on the subscription.

Can I get a refund if I cancel before my subscription ends?
We offer a 14 Day free trial period to test the CODEIT Advance system before committing to a subscription and so, we do not offer a refund if you wish to cancel your subscription.

Is technical support free?
Yes, technical support is free so long as your subscription is active. To report a software issue, please do so via cs@codeit.sa.
should there be a hardware issue, then you should refer to Appendix A of our Terms and Conditions on our website to get the contact details for the supplier of your hardware and contact them directly for any issues you may have

Do you provide training on how to use CODEIT Retail?
Yes, depending upon which plan you select, we provide comprehensive free training from 5 - 50 users, either in person or remotely depending on your location. If the device is ordered online, you can contact us on cs@codeit.sa to schedule a training session.
